    installing a heater

    I just bought a 2006 210 from california I live In olympia WA im gonna need a heater anybody ever install one how much is it diy worthy or should i just take it into the dealer and how much you think?

    congrats on the boat! Looks sweet! Search for heater and you should get a pretty good amount of info. I think most were buying the heatercraft.......but I'm not 100% sure.

      I have a heater craft in my boat and like it. I dont uses it much in Texas, but it works pretty good. When I got my boat is was basically disconnected due to the previous owner not fixing a leak in the core. I had to reinstall it to get it to work and its not hard. If you can change spark plugs and follow directions you can do it yourself.

        Yup, Easy to install. Heatercraft has a bunch of options with respect to how many vents and what style vents. i.e.: fixed, hot tubes, defrosters, etc.
