Looking for SAN what to look for?

I am looking for a SAN in the price range of lower 20's to hi 20's for the right boat. What are the crucial things to look for?

Also what is the difference between 2000 210 2001 210 2002 210 2003 210

I hear everyone saying best year best hull is 2003 210 but what makes it different from the previous years?

Just any info on what to look for and if you know of one in that price range let me know. I want to be educated as much as possible when looking for my next Nautique.
