SPRING IS HERE ! Finally back behind the boat!

First day bebind the boat yesterday in N. Alabama. Temp was 72 and water was 59 F. Wore a short top, in all a great day.

We will be out boarding or surfing given any short breaks in the rain. Temps look good, it really depends on the wind.

alabama weather. how awesome was last week. i got to skate tues-thursday, eat crawfish, boston butt, play with the dog, see crystal clear night skies. everyone enjoy. im going to keep a log everytime i go out from now on. just passenger names, weather, date, special events that occur so when im super old i can look back.

Yea, these last few days have been great weather on the lake, we didnt have any wind yesterday...........glass.

I think I pissed a few fishermen off :-) they hate to see me start each year cause they know its a daily 5:00 PM event. This is my first year with the 03AN 226 and the wake and pull is awesome!

I'm not sure the fishermen will agree or have the same comments about my new boats wake. Its more like %$$#@$^% to them.

ya fisherman on our river down here hate us, even though we try to be hospitable and if we can turn the boat to lessen the wake thrown at them we do, and we wave, but they usually hate us. especially with the 3some on the tower and syn6. you can buy fish at the store. you can't go buy that feeling you get when you're riding.

I hear ya jaybird. Some friends and I went out on Smith for the first time on Saturday. The water was perfect: 1:00 pm and glass. Try getting that on a weekend in June on Smith, not gonna happen!

It's just around the corner -- but it's a big corner, I guess. 37 degrees at home this a.m. I rode in knee deep powder a few days ago with my boy and the Cascades got 15" new last night. (Why am I at work?)

I put in last sunday and while the weather was very nice (about 70) the water was quite cold.....59 I had to get in and wakesurf anyways! I just had to try out my new inland surfer! :mrgreen: If it doesn't rain this weekend I'll be back out!
