I took our new 210 SAN out yesterday and everything went excellent except for the perfect pass. I can't get the system to work in MPH. I was able to use RPMs, but then it wouldn't adjust out of neutral. Has anyone had this problem? I think it is version 6.5. I thought I would ask here before calling perfect pass. The salesman was less than thorough in explaining the functions of the system.

brick,
check your manual because i am sure there is something in there about the keystrokes needed to switch from kph to mph. here is the info lifted from an earlier version of perfect pass:
H. Change Display from MPH to KPH/Wakeboard only – If you wish to have the display read in metric or vice versa, you can move between modes by pressing the Menu & Down Keys together as you power up the system. After selecting MPH or KPH, press menu and it will ask if you wish to run Wakeboard only or three event.
hope that helps.

If your boat is brand new from the factory, the dealer may have forgotten to remove the tape that covers the paddle wheel during shipment. Thus, the paddle wheel won't work for speed readings.2001 Pro Air Nautique

Yes the boat is brand new, I'll take a look at the paddlewheel in the morning. The manual says the first reading that should display is WAKEB in MPH, but this is not appearing either. So, I guess if there is no tape, I'll reset the perfect pass to factory settings and make sure it is in wakeboard mode versus three event. Any other ideas? I appreciate the input so far.
