Am I crazy or does this not fit? 2009 SAN 210 Mirror

This is turning into quite a big ordeal here. Our new SAN 210 arrived 2 weeks ago, Beautiful boat, love everything about it. But when it was delivered, the mirror bracket for whatever reason was no where to be found inside the boat. I got into contact with the Dealership shortly after and a bracket was ordered. It arrived today, and I've spent half an hour scratching my head at this thing. I've tried to both ways and pretty much anything else I can think of but I can not in anyway get this bracket to slide onto the front of the windshield. Even with the screws all of the way out of it, I feel like I'm going to break something if I press any harder on it. The mirror is the CIPA comp windshield mirror, And as far as I know the bracket only comes in one size. Apparently it was pulled off another 210 so I have no idea why it wouldn't fit. Can someone shed some light on this for me maybe?

Not sure if this applies to the SAN but the mirror that was supplied with my 09 196 is not the same as was supplied with previous years. CIPA mirror but the mounting bracket has a larger "C" for fitting over the windshield. I thought this was because of the full throttle package but maybe not. New bracket uses an allen bolts for tightening a spring loaded plate onto the frame.

I suspect you need the new mirror. Let me know if you need some pics.

I'd appreciate it if you could send pictures, I'm really confused why I was even given the wrong mirror in the first place, especially from a dealership.

Its a all new tower so the dealers are not knowledgeable with the parts yet.
I did see a tower mount mirror arm for sale on this site earlier it said its for the Roswell tower

From the looks of it they gave you an old style mirror.

This is a simple fix you have the wrong mirror bracket, i have contacted your dealer, he will have a new bracket tomorrow and will get it to you.

Not sure who you are, have had a few calls concerning Crest Carpet lately, we have switched to a new company and it is taking a couple of weeks for them to gear up. Hopefully you have ordered this through your dealer.

Check your PM box! ordered through my dealer and they can't seem to find anything out other than every week they say a couple more weeks............
