    Not sure who you are, have had a few calls concerning Crest Carpet lately, we have switched to a new company and it is taking a couple of weeks for them to gear up. Hopefully you have ordered this through your dealer.

    Check your PM box! ordered through my dealer and they can't seem to find anything out other than every week they say a couple more weeks............

                            The fact that CC has a Ron is a statement to all of us that CC is serious about OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I have never heard of a company that has PROACTIVE customer service.
