RE: modding the driver seat?
Do a search. It's been done. I did a swivel on my 210 last year and wished I never tried it. Alot of work just to put it back the way it was. The problem is the seat is too close to the throttle. You can only off set it so much and it will still hit the throttle which could be extremely dangerous. Also it looks funny offset compared to the platform that it sits on right now. Don' get me wrong it can be done but I don't think you will like it.

Not sure of other years, but my 2004 SV211 has a swivel seat that locked. I personally didn't like it but cc might still have the bracket. The bolt pattern was the same as the standard.

RE: modding the driver seat?
If your seat is the same as the 04 all you need to do is tighten the mounting bolts. Flip up the front part of the seat and you will see a small flat piece of metal with a single screw in it. Take that out and fold the seat back down. Now you should be able to flip up the main seat cushion. You will see the 4 nuts that need to be tightened. The bolt heads are under the seat inside the track. It is kinda hard to do with just one person on the back 2 bolts. You have to hold the bolt heads to tighten the nuts. The needlenose vise grips I had were too large to fit in the track and grip the bolts. What I have done before when I was by myself was wedge a flathead screwdriver in there to keep the bolt heads from turning.
Someone will probably post a much easier way of doing this and make me feel like a idiot but atleast I got the job done.
