SV211 and Boat Lifts in Boathouses

We are looking at a new cottage that has a Boathouse with 8 feet clear ceiling height above the Dock /Boatbouse floor level

The water is about 9" to 12" below the Dock/Boathouse floor level

Does anyone know the height of a SV211 with a tower from the underside of the boat to the top of the tower?

I am hoping that there will be enough height to allow the boat to be raised out of the water

Does anyone have any comments about another Nautique Model boat and the height required within a boathouse for a boat with a tower

I assume it will be similar to the 211

I believe the roof was less than 9' off the water the the tower just bare grazed it when the prop and fins were out of the water. Tower was down in this shot before I realized it fit while it was up.

In 2007 Correct craft sent me a spreadsheet with these dimensions for the 211: waterline to extended tower is 93", and from the rudder to the extended tower it is 113". Not sure how that works with your boat house (and lift?)

looks to me that it fits in there fine? when we put our boat in the lift we dont fold the tower down but The water is kinda low right now.

make sure you take consider wave action on the dock/lift. have seen 1 set of tower cans get crushed by a cross member of a roof. it had 4 or so inches of clearance until a sacked out 210 rolled by surfing.

Depending on the boathouse/lift arrangement, you might be able to reconfigure the joist to allow the tower to go through the joist.....that is if you have a lift with a pole on the side..........just a thought.

HS - I think your information is correct

Today called Correct Craft and the 113 dimension is what they gave me as well

They told me this is from the bottom of the fins to the top pf the tower (with the light down)
