^Agreed fully! I just love my ballast gauges so much :???: ahah.

And the more I think about it, the more I may just likey pull the tanks out and replace them with 750lb's.

(need to ride, sooooon! Went out on the Motosaki today and the weather was so choice here in MN Yellow_Flash_Colorz: )

You basically already answered what I was trying to say..... I just didn't make much sense. If those are the older style flat tanks you should have no problem fitting a v-drive sac on top of them. In the end you will get more room to store vests, ropes, etc. if you remove the tanks and put a pair of 750's in their place. The only drawback to that is those pesky holes in the sacs after they get worn.

I think Noti_Dad posted that he had them custom fitted. Don't know the price difference on that. You can call Fly High and check it out. Good Luck.

Core-rider, he has aftermarket tanks, not factory style, and I have never heard of a sac getting a hole from regular use. Therefore, the easiest solution is a pair of 750's in place of the hard tanks. I finally got to ride yesterday for the first time with my new ballast system and it was unreal! Two 750's in the rear and about a 1000lbs in the ski locker via a not quite so full gravity games bag. The wake was really perfect

oh reeallllly ? I like that comment !!!

I have had the Ponyboat out a couple times to work out the resto kinks. Hope to drop the SAN this weekend but our weather, which has been amazing this week, is supposed be a bit crappy. Dock is going in on the 25th.

I think I may just remove the tanks and do the sacs after all - I already have a Pro X 750lb bag that we fill on occasion for riding or surfing, so I'd only need one more for the rear.

Thanks so much for the help guys!

After reading this tread. I'm going out to the garage and removing my wimpy stock ballast tanks and adding two FlyHigh 750 pound bags. Anyony need stock hard tanks out of a 2001 Super Air.

I had a heck of a time with my port tank in my 99. I enlisted the use of a sawzall. starboard was easy.

Hey, do any of you guys have a pics of the 750lb sacs filled up in the rear? I'm just trying to get an idea of how much space the actual Fat Sac will take up compared to the V-Drive sacs. bchesley, looking in your direction with that request there homey! aha Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

Sorry guys I reread my post and I need to clarify. He is getting rid of his factory hard tanks that are in there now to put in 750lbs bags. Sorry if I confused anyone.

Yeah, but what is so great about that picture is what is not seen. The platform is about 4 inches under the water. :O

Anyone still using the 644 prop? Right now that is my backup, but I might swap it out with the new weight
