I use the 644 on mine. I was actually going to post a picture of my swimdeck too. Will do it tonight. It is kinda funny.

I am using the 644 on my boat with the new ballast. It gets up and on plane pretty quick for so much ballast. I only have experience with my factory and the 644 though. I had considered calling acme to see what they suggest.2001 Super Air Nautique

Awesome! I am a little worried though that the 750's will be too much rear weight and make the wake pure vert with no real transition. But I know that if it comes down to it, I can always just not fill them fully to keep the weight roughly similar front to rear (especially if the crew usually sits three across the middle (driver, obs seat, front corner obs seat.).
If you can get wake pics that would be perfect!

For my setup, all that I need to do to set this up and basically just remove my hard tanks, add the Fly High quick connects, and add the bags - everything else is already setup since the hard tanks in my 97 SSN were a DIY anyway.
I put in an order for 1-750 fat sac ,and 6 each of the 90*elbows and quick connects. And I'm REALLY trying to figure out if I want (read: need) to either install some Asco Red hat valves into the rear, or just replace the thru-hull strainer scoop with a standard through hull that won't force water through my pumps and helm controlled valves while underway...**** economy! **I am basically 99.99% sure I will just leave everything as is and just replace the tanks with the bags and the quick connects.

I removed the entire stock system, and shut off the thru hull. I put new screened thru hulls out the transom. he pumps also act as check valves so no water gets in without the pumps on.the WakeSlayer

WakeSlayer, are your 'screened thru hulls' the scoop style? I am really debating on whether or not I want to switch over to the Ballast puppy style pump, the system I have now is all aerator pumps (two on each bag) and works well enough with the helm controls that I just have a hard time dishing out ~$400 for something that isn't broken
