Hull Question

I am trying to find out the difference in hull shape from the 2001 hull to our 1991 Closed Bow were, Im guessing that ours is wider and possibly a shallow draft in comparison? Any input would be great.

Changes..............Slope back, wider hull, went to all fiberglass in 1993, much better slalom wake. I am sure there are more technical things on the bottom that I don't know the proper names for.

You mean a "2001" right? Here is a pic of my old '83 and my '03. The shapes are similar I think between my '03 and your '93. I think '93 sport nautiques started with the hull shape that was carried over to the sport/super sport hull line up till a few years ago.

yes sorry i did not specify, yes i meant the "2001" model hull, i was curious about the evolution from hull to hull, and this has been helpful. It is somewhat ironic though, because i hear that our 1991 puts up a next to nothing slalom wake but however we have no slalom skiers in our family! I know it is pry a futile effort but we are trying to weight it right so my old man can get up on the surfboard behind it, so far the sweet spot is HARD to find, but will keep trying of course!
