Ballast issues with a 226???

My ballast valves seem to be stuck open on my 2005 226. I know about the ones under the dash and the ones in the rear (by the engine). I closed them all manually, but they are still filling when we drive. Looks like Ill have to make 1 more trip to West Coast CC. Anyone else had issues with their ballasts??? I think Nautique needs to adopt the Pure Vert ballasts system!!!! No pumps!!!!

I replaced mine with the new valves and have no more problems.
