I am new here. I do not own and Nautique YET!!!!!!!!!! I have been reading and reading all about this boat. i am very interested in the Air 230. Gorgeous boat. I am going to Calif in a few weeks to look at one. I was reading on wakeworld.com that there's going to be a 10% increase in price on the boat. In this economy? Are they crazy? I hope this is not true. Out of all the Manufactures that I have been looking at, Nautiques seem to be the most expensive out there. I got a quote over the phone on a fully loaded 230, out the door, for $99K WOW!! I do hope that this is not true about the price increase. That might make me look at other boats. Right now I own a 07" Moomba LSV and would really love to upgrade to a Nautique 230. Has anybody heard the same news.

First I wouldn't believe everything you read on WW if your serious check with your local dealer.
Look on the classified section on this forum Chattwake has a gorgeous 08 230 loaded with custom trailer
for 65k.

Oh come on he read it on the internet it has to be true...... just kidding. Like said above, its best to sit down with your local dealer as I am sure that will find one willing to work with you.

and you cant beat the prices.

He is kidding and so is the dealer IMO . Go there in person and show them you are serious and I'm sure you will get a real price.

I spoke with a dealer a few days ago and he told me that the 2010 models will be going up around 10%. He said with the economy they aren't selling as many boats so they have to increase the price to stay afloat.

I will be going to talk with a dealer next week. Over the phone does not get you anywhere. The dealer in AZ. did not want to budge on price. I will see how the dealer is in Calif. Actually I will be going to the dealer in Norco and talking with a salesperson. I have a job to do down there an might as well kill two birds with one stone. There is a member here to is steering me down to San Diego, CA to talk with another dealer there. He says I can get a better deal there. Doesn't hurt to shop around.

Also, when I do find and purchase a boat, I need to find a shop out here in Vegas to service the boat. The dealer, were I purchased my other boat from, wants nothing to do with the boat and probably with me since I did not buy one of there boats (Supra/Moomba)

Good luck in your search, but what happened to being forced to buy from your 'local' dealer?

We do not have a Nautique dealer in Vegas. Malibu, Centurion, Moomb, Supra, and Mastercrap is the only dealers here. That is why I have to search high and low and travel long distances for what I want. My Moomba dealer here wnats nothing to do with servicing the Nautique if it were to have problems. They want me to upgrade to a Supra or a Moomba XLV. Nice boats. I just do not like the bag system that it has. Kind of a Pain in the A@%. I have always like the Nautique boat. Just could not afford one at the time. I got a great deal on the Moomba. That is why I bought it. Now it is time to upgrade to a better and more practical boat.

I bought my 210 from Ian at M20 in San Diego back in 2007. Good dealer and I have been happy with how they have handled some warranty issues lately. They had a few 230s on their lot when I was there back in April. Good luck.

Yep great folks at M2O Marine! They made it possible for me to get into a Nautique.
