    Putting on Sticker

The one sticker on the side of my boat got ruined from gasoline coming out of the overflow. Are there any tricks or tips to putting these on? I have an 06 210 with the AIR graphic. Its probably 6 feet by 2 feet. Has anyone put these on before? My dealer didnt want to put the new one on. They told me someone that would do it for 60 bucks.
I am a little worried about getting it on right where it went before. I have cleaned off the old sticker but the sun has made a permanent impression on the boat where the sticker used to be.
    Any advice would be great.
    Thanks.

    RE: Putting on Sticker

I replaced starboard side on my 06 210. I had used some masking tape to mark the location.
I used a spray bottle with water only (as instructed by dealer) to wet the boat and graphic.
Two of us held the graphic in place and starting at center with a squegee (sp.) worked out to
top/bottom - left and right. Ended up with few bubbles (used a razor to eliminate those).

Sorry - we only remove a ten to twelve inch vertical piece of backing from the graphic at first.
This allows you to get the graphic somewhat in place without having to deal with 6 feet of
stick jumping onto the boat. Once the center section is stuck - work out one side at a time.
