    Weight Question

looking at at 2004 super air and it weighs in around 3190 am i correct? is this base weight or including ballast full? it may sound dumb but the reason im asking is because i have rims on my truck and the max load rating on the tires are 3100.

    RE: Weight Question

The posted weight is usually dry weight without fuel ,equipment and ballast.
The load on your tire is shared by all of them . If you have a tandem trailer the weight is
divided by 4. 25% for each tire.

Also, the weight on the truck is even less. All that is being applied ot the truck is the trailer tongue weight, usually a couple hundred pounds.

        RE: Weight Question

thanks guys i figured that it would be fine because the trailer tires are holding the weight of the boat and im just holding the tongue weight and pulling it. but thanks for the help!!
