My '09 210 arrived at 8:30 am Friday morning at CC East. Thomas, Todd, and the res of the crew promised to have the extra ballast installed and the boat ready to go for the weekend. As promised I picked the boat up from Thomas and Ken Meloon as the were putting the final touches on it late Friday afternoon. They have provided awesome service and support for the last 20+ years in the NE Indiana area and are going to be missed. Thanks again to everyone at Midwest for everything.
On a horrible side note: As I took my maiden voyage I have to go under a bridge between the 2nd and 3rd basins of the lake I'm on. As we approached the bridge my girlfriend easily lowered my FCT 3 tower which made me so happy I opted for it. As we began to go under the bridge everything appeared to be going well until I heard this loud noise...oh ****, I didn't turn the board racks! My board racks were in the position where the point to the rear of the boat. When the tower folds down the board racks stick up higher than the tower. The racks snapped in half and 1 of them stripped the bolts out of the tower about 1/4 of an inch. I felt sick to my stomach. thankfully the board racks were the only things that were damaged (I think).
