I don't see any brackets for a trolling motor on the front...

Wonder if the driver's seat is in the same position between the CB and OB (same hull, diff decks) or if the CB is just minus seats?

When are they going to show real pictures of the boat?
I can't see anything in those small pics.

The blog has nothing in it that wasn't already said in the previously released generalizing video. Love the profile of the new boat, definitely updated and in a way, at least to me looks like the Super Air or more like a product by the same company that makes the Super Air. The gel coat split just doesn't do it for me, maybe in a different color, but the white doesn't look right. Too much like Shamu or something. On the other hand, might be a great endorsement for the boats going to Sea World.

To try and give you a better idea of the metal flake...here is some shots of my boat they did. Its a fine metalflake and in the sun really pops. We used a flat silver to mask off the hull. But hopefully this will help show a better representation of the colors. They do look great in the sun...the photos here do not do them justice.

looks from the video like there is no more rear storage, but big compartments on the sides instead? Could go either way on that, but more places to put skis is always good I guess...

The lack of trunk deck leaves no place for dad to sit and help the kids. I guess that is not a requirement for a tournament boat.

That seat doesn't look too comfy either.

For those of you who haven't read the interview with Bill / Andy / Greg on the new boat, they cover alot of the questions asked in the thread. Heres a direct link to it.

I hear the new hull makes the 2009 spray and wake look like an old one.
A major step up. Not that the current hull is too shabby!

From the above picture, the wake looks great; the boat spray looks terrible.

If you can tell what the wake or spray looks like based on that picture, your eyesight must be much better than my 20/20! The brightness was way too high in the video to see any details- but from what I can see the wake looks small and the spray looks wide. Last I checked, throwing a wide spray poses no problem, its the high spray that will catch wind and irritate the skier. Cant tell the height of the spray in that pic.

Would love to see more photos of... pretty much everything. Especially a closed bow!

A great part of the video is the segment where they show the 09 and 010 coming at you. You can see a big difference in the height of the spray between the 2 boats.

I will be very curious to see the OB verion with a tower. Our primary competition in this space is the MC 197 w/ tower, so if we retain our superior features (wake, tracking, et. al.) this should be a real plus. I think some CC Promo guys might not like the idea of a tower, but I do think it will help sell.
