Just had to say thanks to White Lake Marine for their assistance today. I had an electrical mishap while removing the factory stereo for replacement. After having the dash pod off, steering wheel off, drivers seat out and combing pads off to get at the speakers when I put it all back together there was no power to the dash pod so nothing worked.
Checked the 60A CB on the engine and thought I was going to have to climb under the bow to start tracing wiring. I called White Lake because of the good things that have been said in the forums at different times. I talked to one of their service people and he thought there should be a fuse in a power cable right off the battery that I should check.
Ten minutes and 50 cents later all is good and I get to take the boat out for the next 10 days.
Many thanks to people like that. As I live in Vancouver, Canada I likely won't get to the shop personally but encourage anyone in the area to make use of their expertise.
Just had to say thanks and pass the experience on.
