226 Review

Doing some research for the old man, he is looking to upgrade boats. He slaloms and my little brother who still lives at home wakeboards. First thought was 211 but 226s are quite prevalent on the market and carry reasonable price tags.

How is the 226 wakeboard wake? Heard that it is almost a must to add weight, does this seem correct?

How is the slalom wake for an old guy that still skis well and is used to 1990 Sport?

General Pros and Cons welcome.

understand the slalom wake isn't there, don't know about the wakeboard wake. If skiing is in your plans and you don't want a DD, the 211 is probably the one for you.

+1 211 is truly the best boat for people who want to ski, wakeboard, and surf. You give up some wakeboarding if you go towards a better ski boat and you give up skiing if you move towards a better wakeboard boat such as the 226
