How to add automatic extra ballast tanks on a 04 sante?

I was wondering if anyone has installed extra ballast bags or tanks (on top of the hard wedge tanks) that automatically fill once the stock tanks are filled and automatically empty when you want them to, with out the physical hassles of hand pumps? How much would it cost and how hard would it be to do?

Seems to me like the only hard thing would be draining them, but for filling it seems like you could just splice off the stock hose, and have a valve so you could either fill the tanks or the bags. or maybe you could plumb it off of the drain line and make it so when the tanks go full instead of pumping the extra water out of the boat it would fill the bags and then release the excess. it also seems like you could somehow splice the wires of the aftermarket pumps onto the stock draing one. so they all turned drained at the same time... I dont know if that would work, but it seems like it might... seems like getting em empty is the tricky part...
