    need some advice

i bought my nautique about 8 months ago been crusing in it about once a week. every time i get some extra money i throw into it. but now its time to get to the good stuff like recarpeting, vinyling the seats, vinyl lettering, and little nit picking thing i want done.

heres the thing all my friends own the same boat just a couple of years apart and there daddys paid to have there restored well my dad aint helping i love my nautique and i want mine to look twice as good as theres just because i paid for it myself.

so heres my question should i pull out on the summer early and start getting all this work done so next summer ill be blingbling or should i wait till summers over and cram the winter to get everything done?

any advice would be happely taken

You bought the boat to participate--summers are short, winters are long and old age comes quicker than you think.

Pimp the ride when the flakes start falling.

      8) I also own a older SN that is need of alot of TLC. Every chance I get it is on the water even for the pure enjoyment of kicking back with mates. But nothing bets carving up the lake on a perfect summer day so my advice is to get that boat out there as much as you can.Look for parts that are on sale now ready for you to install durring the winter.

Isn't Satsuma in FL? So can't you ride all year round? I'd never cut my season short to do planned upgrades. Then again, you could always start working on your boat and just ride with your friends for the rest of the season...

I saw your boat at Six Mile last weekend. The boat is already a sweet ride. Wait until Jan and Feb to do your work. You had the nicest 2001 on the river last week.

              Hey 1time17,

Do you have any pic's of your boat before and after your recarpeting and vinyl? I'm getting ready to re-do mine.
              Thanks
