    Question of the day.....

So my boss and I played hookie today and went out on the lake skiing, wakeboarding, and surfing. While we were out I noticed a red (dull ish color) 5/8 hosed witha brass fitting that is capped laying on the floor. I is near the front of the motor along the passenger side of the motor runs towards the back of the boat. What is it for?

I looked at my bosses 206 too his has the same thing His is a 2007 mine is a 2005

    RE: Question of the day.....

There was a post on this the other day...I think it turned out to be the heater hose.

Your Sig series probably doesn't have a heater right? Find they other post.

Sad they just let the hose dangle there. Maybe find were it connects and put plug/drain there.

The hose you described is the hose on my boat to drain the oil.

The oil drain hose on my 2006 206 is black and I believe less than 5/8" diameter.

Here is the other thread...different engine.

Your right no heater in my boat.
my old boat had a heater and there were 2 black 5/8 hoses but they were in thr drivers side of the boat and they went towards the front not the back of the boat.
