        RE: Group Buy

I'll honor the $ 375 group buy price to any number of individuals to make things easier. I have noticed there is a slight floor plan change on the '09 model year that will cause fitment problems, so be sure to specify if you have an '04 to '08. On a side note, I have a carpet set made up already for an '09 in Silver Carbon color if anyone is interested...

Well mine arrived yesterday. They look great. My boat is out for a week so I will not have pictures for a week or so. I picked up the set above. The large piece is an exact copy. The smaller pieces are still in the boat. My boat is an 07 and I think the 07 08 09 are the same plan. I think the difference is the step to the walk-thru. 07 and later do not have the cup holders. The big piece is also different because it does not have the tail next to the ski locker. SO far I am very happy.

What colors are you guys getting?

At the moment I am leaning towards the Soft Grey premium cut pile.

                  RE: Warranty claim

It does fall under the 5 year warranty. All things do. I know, you are surprised, but it is true. I have a 2007 220 and CC replaced my stereo under warranty even though the clairion warranty was only for one year. Take your boat to a dealer and they will do the rest. Replace buttons, replace carpet, whatever it takes! I had two of my buttons that were broken when I took it in for the last service. Similar problems you are describing and they replaced all the buttons on the carpet piece in questions. All under warranty! CC takes care of their clients.

                    RE: Warranty claim

It may fall under the warranty but what will they do for you. Best case they will give you more of the same. The stock carpet backing is the problem. The carpet from Corinthian is different. The backing is not a foam back. The face fiber will perform the same. Both use the same yarn system and construction. The face weight of these carpets are around 40 oz. When I bought my Malibu in 1998 the standard carpet was 20 oz. and the upgrade was I think 24 oz. CC use much nicer carpet. The backings are not the greatest.

Mike I bought the Kit they had for sale. I think the color is Graphite. There is a link to it above. I am very happy with it. I will post pictures once it is in my boat.

                      RE: Warranty claim

Correct, CC used a different carpet manufacturer for several years with a black rubber backing that degrades fairly quickly. Corinithian Marine supplied CC for a few years, so there are some later model ('08 and '09's) with Corinthian Marine's vinyl ribbed Aqualoc backing.

Looks Great! Really adds some accent to the grey and white interior. Did you have plans for getting the snaps installed locally? If not, we have a loaner tool available to use. Thanks for posting the pics!

Called them after placing the order, seemed like good people.

Just ordered on Friday. Stainless steel button and sockets. My 2005 SV211 has 44 snaps, I ordered 50 just to be safe. Borrowing the tool from Nick. The snaps with shipping came to $32, just a tad cheaper than Corinthian.
