      goin well staying on the path did some light cardio and core to get an idea of where im at layin it on thick startin tomarrow...weigh day is tomarrow morn so ill post that i soon as i do....tryin to stay off the scales except for once a week...thanks for asking ill post as soon as i know...as i type this a fireman "BROTHER is dangling a piece of heavily buttered cinnamon toast in my face..such BS

        dang the weight scale dang it to you know where...219 lbs how does that happen...oh well cardio is gonna get kicked up looks like im gonna lower the portion size as well...i will have my boat!!!

            well originally i thought i was 215 then weighed my self and after i cried i came to the realization i was actually 223...so i guess my post should say 38 lbs from a phatty... but the first week i lost 5 then gained 1 the next week i hope to lose 5 more this week!

              Your weight will vary up and down a bit. It's not how much you weigh day to day or week to week but over a period of time. Also keep in mind to weigh yourself in the morning when you first wake up. If I remember right I was told to shoot for 3 lbs per week, nothing more. In any case you're making progress, you got yourself a Glastron.

                    I haven't read this whole thread, but noticed you're a fireman.
                    My wife was reviewing a book written by a fireman about a diet to reduce cholesterol. You'll also lose weight. I did it with my wife for 4 weeks and dropped my cholesterol 40 points and went from 170 to 162. I'm 44 and 5'10".
                    It ain't easy, but if you're serious, it works. I'm no longer on the diet, but took some things away from it that I'll always use.
