I am looking at buying a 93' Sport Nautique. Anything I should be wary of?? 650 hours with a flight control tower.

RE: Should I buy it?? (93
There is a guide that gets posted every now and then that would be a good checklist for you - I looked in the downloads
and did not see it - Maybe Jeff will read this and post2006 SANTE 210 (Pending Sale)

Pretty sure you're talking about this guide. It mostly refers to boats with wooden stringers though. This boat shouldn't have them.I own and operate Silver Cove Marine, which is an inboard boat restoration, service, and sales facility located in Mooresville, North Carolina. We specializes in Nautiques and Correct Crafts, and also provide general service for Nautiques fifteen years old and older.
If we can be of service to you, please contact us anytime!

Its the 5.8 PCM carburated as far as I know. The wife and I have a young family and we want a Nautique. The Sports are one of my favorite boats and as I can't afford the newer 196's this is a great crossover option.____________________________________________

93 for all glass. Being a 93 Sport owner for the last 12 years, I would say grab it. I love my boat. Great wake for skiing and when properly weighted, has a great wakeboard wake. We have raised our 6 kids on this boat. Extremely reliable and my hours are almost exactly where you are. Only repairs I have done are the water temp sensor a few years ago and the oil pressure sensor this year. For a total of $70 in parts for 12 years I don't know how you could go wrong.
