    member first credit union

I just got mine through members first credit union, in Florida. They asked 15% down and would go out to 25 years at 7.5%. I checked around alot, def go with a credit union. Good Luck

      RE: member first credit union

Bank of the West was offering 6.99%, up to 15 years back at the end of June. not sure now though.

US Bank has pretty good rates and terms right now, I had no trouble getting the financing for our new boat in August. I did put almost half down, but I am not sure that really helped my cause. All they required was 10% down for 15 years.

that definately helps!!! If not a credit union try a local bank, which sometimes have great terms, too, but you might have to pick around a little.

Financed my new boat with Resource One Credit Union in Texas. 5.15% for 10 years. My ski partner also financed his new boat through them two weeks later for a similar rate. Did it all via email and the internet......even signing the documentation was done via the internet.

I literally just finished my financing with Bank of America for an '07 196 a few minutes ago. I went 7 years with 20% down at 8%. I hear the rates are lower at credit unions, but I don't belong to one. It was a very easy process with BOA. Dave Ramsey would not approve, but it is the only loan I have! Maybe I should call in, "debt free but the boat! Freeedoooom!!".

Watercraft Sales in Three Lakes. I bought my last one from Son, but they didn't have one that would work for me this time. Mark's an awesome guy too, so I do feel bad I couldn't give him some business.

There is a 07 at Son with a nice tag on it. Our club may be looking at it if we can sell our 06 LXI.

That would be a perfect club boat. If it were in better shape cosmetically, I would've bought it. It does have a bent prop, fyi. No doubt Mark would have that taken care of.

                            Financing

I've heard Bank of the West is pretty good and maybe someone mentioned that, but I thought I would chime in. Nautique should start a bank/insurance/credit union thingy. Might be a good idea in there somewhere.
