    210 or a 230

Currently have a 2007 - 211 Team and we are thinking about going to the 210. We bought the 211 for the Crossover feature but have given up on skiing behind it

We are also considering the larger 230 since I assume it will handle the rougher water better (I have not demo'd a 230 yet - we did demo a 210 and it seemed a little better in the rough water than the 211)

Can I get some input on the differences between the two boats in the chop and the differences between the wakes for my budding wakeboarding kids

I assume the 210 is the most popular model - how does the 230 stack up as far as numbers built... I have heard the 220 is the least popular

We wakeboard, skate and surf.... and plan to get a 196 to ski.. and later a 200

    RE: 210 or a 230

    I would get a 230 over a 210.

    Way better in chop.
    Better wake IMO.
    Better surf wake for sure.
    Bigger more interior room.
The 230 handles really good for a 23ft boat as well.

    Demo a 230.

Go 230 or 236 they are the same hull if you are buying used buy my 236 Really the 230/236 is an awesome boat by far the best for all around especially surfing and wakeboarding. There is a ton of room and tons of storage. The older 230/236 holds 14 people and the new ones are stickered for 16 no way you can get that in a 210. We have comfortably has 12 on the 236 with no trouble. Add a crew like that and factory ballast and the wake is great.

        RE: 210 or a 230

I'd love to have the 230, but I don't need the extra room or the extra price tag! If I could afford it I would have one though, mainly because almost every weekend I spend time in heavy chop

If you dont need to use it for skiing you cant do better than a 230.

230's wake dominates the 210 wake for both surfing and wakeboarding. Plus, since its bigger it should definitely handle chop better. If you can afford it go 230. You won't regret it.

yes, but can you get a 230 in the garage? Especially with a FCT3 tower?

How tall of a garage door would it take to leave the tower up? How about the overall length on the trailer(platform to hitch)?

+8.5' for a 210 folded, don't know about a 230 and not sure about it up.

230 with a FCT 1 with tower up wouldn't fit in my 10' opening and i think it was about 6-8" too tall - so i'd say about 10'8" or so.
