    Swim Step ?????

I have a relative with somewhat limited mobility. Had her out a few weekends back and she had a hard/impossible time getting onto the platform. We literally had to lift her from the water.

Does anyone know of a small step that could be temporarily hung from the platform that would assist those who need it? I'm looking for something that can be stored in the boat for when the need arises.

Rope ladder attached to the rear lifting ring? Or get a folding SS ladder and mount it under the platform (easy if it is teak)

Give my kudos to the relative who is willing to try things, exen though it would be easier to stay in the boat.
I have seen a trolling motor mounted on the platform of a Ski Nautique.

take your handle and hook the first loop that attaches the handle to the mainline, hang the handle off the platform and it is about perfect as a step. I have used this many times for my mom.

I have a pair of rope ladders made to get on a floating trampoline tube thing that I got at Overtons on the discount rack for a dollar. Never used them but keep them for just such an occasion.

I like the idea of a hope handle too.

I always just use a ski handle with the 3-5 ft piece of roped attached to the lift ring.

Overtons has one that will flip up onto the platform

If your boat had a tower you could attach a Hoyer lift sort of thing (and I'm not trying to be cruel)

I have one that slips under the swim platform when not in use. It does require using 4 carriage bolts to attach. I countersunk the holes so the heads would be below the level of the platform. Can't say it looks great, but my wife needs it to get back on the platform.

I have something like this that I've used before. it's a climbing ladder that's made of nylon webbing that you attach to the lifting ring with hardish steps.
