Modernizing dash on a 1996 SSN?

I have a 1996 Super Sport and have been thinking about "remodeling" my switch dash on the left of the steering wheel and upgrading to newer style marine switches. I will also be adding switches for lights & ballasts so it makes sense. Anyone ever do this? Got pics?

I put the rockers on top of the stereo on the right. They work great but they need to be sealed so they don't leak water on top of the stereo.
