Does anyone know if there is a company that makes assembly diagrams for an exploded view of the boat. when i mean exploded view i mean every nut & bolt & what it holds together, wiring, ballast just to name a few things. I found one when i restored a 68' Mustang but that is a car.

Probably not. Ford can afford to pay a draftsman to make an exploded view, because of the number of Mustangs sold.
Most boats are not made in high enough quantities to justify the cost of making a diagram like that.
