Drain locations for Winterizing a 1997 Sport?

Hopefully I'm not beating a dead horse to bad with this discussion, but it seems like different motors have different drain locations.

I have a 1997 Sport Nautique EFI 275hp Chevy motor. I'm just wondering if I drained all the spots that I need to on the motor prior running antifreeze through the motor. The points that I drained are the two manifold bolts, the two bolts down below the engine block (below the spark plug locations in about the middle of the motor on both sides), and I also pulled the basket on the raw water intake and drained the water out of that.

Am I missing a plug or two somewhere that still needs to be drained. I pulled the plate off the impeller to see if any water came out of it, and there was barely any.

All I'm planning on doing from this point is sticking 5 gallons of antifreeze in a bucket, starting the boat up, and sucking the antifreeze up through the motor while spraying fogging oil in the carbs.

I'm also planning on changing the oil before putting it away. Am I missing anything else? I appreciate the help.

I was hoping to find some pictures on this forum somewhere on the drain locations, but didn't have any luck.

I think you drained everything but the bottom of the RWP if yours has a drain.
If you change the oil, you should run it prior to winterizing to get everything all coated nicely in the new oil. Not sure 5-10 seconds is adequate. Maybe it is. I would warm up, change the oil and filter, start again for a minute or so, in water or on the hose. Drain block, fill with AF.

There's a plug under the hard portion of elbow that leads to the t-stat. It's on the bottom of that piece. You can also remove the hoses from the rwp, remove the safety lanyard, and turn your engine over a few times to spit the water out of the pump housing.

I dont believe the PCM Chevies have that U-bend in the line- at least the Excal doesnt.

If not, pull the large molded hose that runs between the stat housing and circ pump and let it drain.

Whoops, missed the "chevy" part of his post. Just saw 97 sport and figured Ford. Used to hate pulling that u-hose on my MC.
