    Who makes Nautique factory covers?

Looked at the covers last week and they don't look bad. Any thoughts on how they compare to Rankin?

    Thanks,

The new vaccuhold covers are made by Commercial Sewing in CT. Called about one for my 05 Sante, but they only had them available for the 07 & later hull. Not sure about the other models. They look nice. Their site has videos of how they work while travelling down the road.

That looks like the cover. Thanks! I like the way the cover vacuums to the boat when trailering.

Any thoughts anyone has on how well these hold up and how easy they are to put on/off? They sound like they're pretty open to customization for things like velcro'd cleat openings, platform covers, and stuff.

All the dealers sell the new boats with these factory covers?

Are these covers made of Sunbrella?

Cover Sports, out of Bothell, WA makes an awesome cover, and at a good price. The owner, Brent, used to work for Rankin and started his own biz a while back. His number is 425-415-0860 if you'd like to talk price/options with him. His delivery times are great too.

I love my Coversports cover. Fantastic product, competitive price, and delivered in about a month. I remember reading that a couple of people were having a hard time getting hold of Brent with orders. Do you know if his business is still cranking out the product?

I'll be trying to get ahold of Brent shortly, as I just bought an '07 196LE today! I let you know what I find out. After spending half the summer boatless, I feel great today!

Does anyone know where you can buy one of the Nautique factory covers or how much they cost? I contacted the manufacturer who told me they can't sell directly to consumers and both my dealer and Nautiques of Orlando didn't know anything about these covers.

Also has anyone bought and used one yet? Interested in feedback especially how it works on the highway.
