Why no mini towers for the 196/206/200?

I don't get this. Mastercraft and Malibu both offer a mini tower for their slalom boats. But not CC. All the FCT's are too big, especially for a 196. If there was an option for a low profile tower that followed the windshield lines, I'd be all over it. I know......some would call it sacrilege. But I'm jealous of you wakeboard guys who can hang rockin' speakers from your towers.

In 04 I remember a short spyder looking tower. the dealer said everyone that got in the display boat hit their head on it looking at the boat.

Wow that thing is hideous. I don't really see the point either. I thought the mini towers were meant mostly for storing skis and boards out of the way.

Why waste your time with a tower? Just put a 5' pylon in it.

Correct Craft offered the towers in 2003, and 2004. They were developed to see if there was much interest in using them for trick skiing, and jump. They were not very popular, so, why keep making them?

If you really want one. Just find a tower, cut out a width section, reweld it and off you go.

Don't worry, Mark. I just meant in general. Almost every ProStar 197 I see gets a mini tower. Yet you never see a CC 196 with them.

What tower is CC putting on the 200? Very curious. I know some people will cringe at the thought, but we have one on our 206 (looks fine) and it's quite useful.
