    Cracked head or block

Scooter, you have to keep a positive outlook on this. My neighbor had a similar problem a few years ago but I kind of think he may have let his engine freeze on purpose. It gave him an excuse with the wife to do the upgrades he wanted to do, the usual stuff - have the block rebuilt, upgrade heads, performance manifold etc etc. He ended up with a real nice set up and the wife couldn't get mad about it. I'm sorry you had this happen, I'm sure this was in no way on purpose and now may not be the best time to spend money but if you have to fix it, make it better. Once it's fixed, protect it!

I love this mentality. Mrs. Wakeslayer would have a cow, but she would come around, and see the positives. I think.

            Whoo hoo.

And yeah, once she is back on the water, keep a close eye on the thermometer.
