    Perko FLush in the UK

    Lo guys,
Anyone know where I can get one of these in the UK ?? searched google with no real succes.Importing one means I get stung by the import tax making it a very costly idea.

Unless one of you good guys would like to send me one as a GIFT from the USA and of course I will pay you.

Hmm, wonder if HMRC monitor this site for people that wish to avoid paying duties and taxes ?

Bit of a strange expression, are you adverse to paying taxes? but want to enjoy yourself at minimum costs? Are you the sort of guy that wears a poppy with but only puts 10p in the box?

If you do not pay the duties and taxes then why bother working and enjoying your boat, why not just sign off on the sick and then claim all your ski costs as rehabilitation, pending your re employmentg......

Instead of paying for a Perko, I installed a barb and threaded T in the water supply hose prior to the strainer. I put a plug in the threaded portion when running in the lake, and I use a hose adapter with a threaded piece in place of the plug to attach the garden hose for water supply. Cost me about $7 and works like a champ. When hooked to the garden hose, excess water the engine does not pull flows out the intake at the bottom of the boat, thus no excess pressure in the cooling system. Give it a go.

As a single working man earning a nice salary I think I pay enough taxes in Rip of Britain and get nothing in return.

If you would refrain from crapping my thread that would be a result too.

            Back to the topic.!

you could go to ASAP supplies but the price of £51.91 will probably offend as it requires VAT to be added
