Sorry to hear about your theft. We had 2 boards, 1 surf board and a rope taken at the end of the sumer. It really sucks to know someone would do that. Hope it turns out okay for you.

Not like they stole high end waterski equipment or parts off of your engine......which is the important stuff in a Nautique.

So you won't mind if I stop by and steal your stereo on my way through your town? I mean, it is just electrical junk.
        I'm just being facetious.

Its not what was stolen...It was just that I worked my as$ for my nice things house, air nautique, corvette, etc., and thats what matters to me that people steal. Stereo equipment, your spare tire, just keep your fn hhands off our stuff. I was happy with the Clarion radio, and amps. I just want my crap back.

Depending on the location of the boat (easy access?) I would be cautious when using devices/hardware that makes it more difficult to remove whatever item/s are in the eyes of the thief. I am always amazed at the amount of damage one can cause just to remove a radio. If they want it they will get it!

Had an alarm system installed on my boat when new, was not very expensive, did not require any extensive mods and it works very well. Have floor sensors throughout, when activated an alarm sounds and the tower lights flash.

just out of curiousity, but where did they steal the stuff from your boat? where was your boat at? did they break into your storage unit or garage and get it? or was the boat sitting in the driveway?
