    Any ideas?
It seriously sounds like your dealer hasn't installed the updated software or had plugged this stuff in wrong. Go to the zero off website and follow the directions on how to check what version of software you have. I can't see how they could have screwed up with plugging it in as they only plug in to each other one way. If you still need some help I can go out to my boat and true and talk you through it while looking at my wires.

Yea I had already make sure the wires were plugged in tight. I assume they are in the right spot. I know the head unit has RevQ software on there. I believe that is the latest.

I am going to get the PDF from their website and a flashlight to see a little better. Wishing I would have just done it myself.

I looked into it last fall. Not possible to do yourself without spending $100's for tools.

Well I have verified 3 times over that the cables are connected correctly (not really that difficult). I verified that the GPS puck is connected (heard it snap). Verified no wires have any issues at the terminal. The dang head unit still says NO GPS. WTF!!!! I am thinking that Zero Off may have sent me a defective puck?

This experience has left me really wondering if I should have bought a Nautique. This was a issue strait from the factory that was never fixed. I am out $600 and now how no speed control. (The dealer cut the previous antenna to get it out, which really sucks!!!). I have been without speedo for 2 weeks and now my labor day weekend. This is what the dealer emailed me when I told them about the problem...

          "Hello Eric-

Did you plug it into the primary plug. There should be two plugs. The ski boats use both plugs."

First of all they plugged it in... second it seems pretty obvious with the new harness that is required...

I hate to think that they will need to send me a replacement puck as the first one took almost 3 weeks to arrive.

Should I take it back to the dealer yet again or call zero off?

Dumb question, but can you splice back together the old antenna and worry about it later? and it would be a good test to see if the problem is antenna specific. I have the revq but old style antenna. I kind of am guessing you still need a software tweak. I would call zero off and try to get some advice, but I kind of think your dealer will have to fix it.

Not sure I have butt splice connectors that small. And I have to do it in two places..

You don't need connectors. Just do it by hand with some electrical tape. Go for it. But the hole is small which is why that other person on this thread had to cut a bigger hole, and why the dealer cut it off. Do the ones by the puck first. Then feed it thru the hole. Then you can sit in the boat and do the part by the connector. If you uncoil it, it is probably long enough to relax and do in the boat. Admittedly, it is a mystery how they assembled.

Twisted the connections near the puck and wrapped with electrical tape. (Except for the yellow wire which didn't seem to be used). Near the connection I found where they had originally soldiered and wrap, pull that off and did the same. Kind of hard to test continuity, but I thought I did an ok job.

Took the harness out of the gateway, unplugged the original two wires from the harness and put them back into the gateway. Plugged the Antenna into both the primary and secondary connections with no avail. Still says No GPS on the head unit.

Maybe the replacement head unit is to blame. Probably need to diagnose at the Nautique dealer since they will be able to swap units and antennas more quickly.

                  The bad weekend continues.

There isn't some setting in the Head Unit I am missing am I? I tried going to the diagnostic screen and it says GPS1 failed on both sides.

Sorry, it did not work out. Maybe only positive is you can feel good about having tried and verified the problem. I think you are right that either head unit is bad or software is not loaded right on it. I don't think there is a setting or anything you can do about it. If you were here you could ride with me. Sorry.

Stuff like this is why I "like" boating, but "love" snowboarding. Rather then missing my boat, I breathe a sigh of relief when the boat goes off to storage in October. I don't have to deal with all the BS until the following April.

Ha ... got the old one to work by trying yet again with the alternative connection and letting my fist rest on my forehead greek style for about 15 seconds. Go figure. Sure wish the guy from the dealer hadn't cut it too pieces so I could have used it more permanently. One cut near the terminal would have worked just fine....

Congrats!!!! Ok, so be reminded my supposition. You have now confirmed the head unit is probably just fine. I have revq but the old round puck and it works. (I did this cause I was told by zero-off I would see some performane improvement, and I didn't wanted to spend the dough). I am just guessing that your head unit was upgraded to revq but not set up to work with new rectangle puck. Just my guess, but that is what I think. I could be wrong.

I am very happy for you...

Just a little update ... After talking to ZeroOff they confirmed that the HeadUnit did need to be updated yet again. Took it to the dealer today.

This afternoon I get a call with more bad news. They went to flash the unit and sure enough it was dead again. After they talked to ZeroOff they found out they were using the wrong version of the firmware. Good news that they had a spare unit that they are loaning me until mine returns from from ZeroOff for repair.

I finally have a Unit working with the new Antenna. Can't wait to get it in the water and see the difference.
