Linc system controls stereo

Im looking at getting a new nautique 200. Trying to decide if I should spend the money on the Team Edition to get the Linc system. Besides skiing I do like to cruise and listen to music. Does the Linc system displays tracks on it from the CD and USB device such as an external HD or flashdrive? Looking online in the manual looks like it just controls the volume and advances the tracks. It would be nice if it shows a play list like my car nav system.

Good question. I know that the new deck being used is a cmd6 and it controls the ipod via a USB cable. My dealer is getting one in today and I am hoping to go by and see it. If I make it by I will post my findings.

Price a Standard with your desired options and then price a Team. There isn't much difference in price when you get a stereo on a Standard (less than 3% retail). To me whether or not the linc does all the things you want it to do with the stereo, the benefits of the keyless ignition, interface w/video and future upgrade ability are well worth the minimal price difference.

I haven't tried plugging an Ipod in yet so see what options become available, but here is the main Clarion screen.

Dave what about playing a CD does the track list come up or the name of the song?

Sorry, haven't tried that either. All I did was scroll through and take some pictures.
