I like the new site Jeff. But, I still think the PM system is broken (at least for me it still appears broken).

There is nothing wrong with the PM system. I have been sending and receiving multiple messages from and to various members each day since the new site went live.

For those of you having trouble with PM's, the first thing you need to do is make sure your PM storage limit hasn't been reached. This includes your SENT BOX, so check that too. If your PM storage limit has been reached, you won't be able to receive new messages until you delete some messages. All of your old PM's from the old site were imported, so that put a good number of members over the storage limit for the new site.

Also, if you are looking for PM's that you have sent in your sent box, you won't find any there unless you check off the option to save messages to your sent box before you send them.

Ah I see. I am under the limit, but I was not checking the box to save to the sent folder. Thanks Jeff. BTW, I hope you are feeling better. I got the flu last month and felt bad for at least 3 weeks. I still feel it a bit out of it.

Really? What web browser are you using? Looks fine in IE8 and Safari on my computer.

I have heard that there are some issues with this software if you use IE6. Those issues are supposed to be addressed in the next release, which is due out this week.

My home page doesn't work either (IE6)...The menus stay popped up and the margins are wrong. let me know if you want a screenshot. I wasn't going to complain...assuming your still working bugs. (There will always be bugs.)

Yeah, the IE6 issues are well-documented over on the vBulletin forums. The next update for the software is due out on February 4, so hopefully that will fix the IE6 issues. It is supposed to. I will install the update as soon as reasonably possible after the release. Thanks for making me aware of the problem!
