    Maceday:

    My concerns:
Are all platforms exactly the same? Mine is an '03.
It problaby cost me $80 in materials and a couple hours labor.
Add in shipping, and I am guessing that it would end up being kinda expensive.
Then you would still have to attach it (1/2 the work).

You could do what George did above, not sure how much MC wants for it.

Your best bet is to follow lcap.
Find a source for teak. Look in Yellow pages for lumber.
Most of these places will mill a piece up for you.
Use lcap's instructions for cutting it.
Use my instructions for attaching it.

If you are near Virginia, I would be glad to help. Or, pm me with any questions.

If all the platforms were the same, I could see making a few and selling them. My guess is that they are slightly different.

    Hope this helps,
    dave

        hi

Hi. I suggest you all change your antivirus because I found an older but better version of Kaspersky, the 7.0 version, which is easy to install, to use and to download .

Here's my platform from my '06 196. Sanding and tongue oil. I like the look, but I also like the no maintenance composite platform of my '07.
