Anybody know if it is possible to do a "factory Delivery" on a new Nautique? Would work out well for me living the the North. Pick up the boat and get some water time in FL.
TIA
Jim
They do not offer "factory delivery". A couple of years ago we had a promo guy pick up his boat down the street at SECC. I'm not sure if they do this for everyone. I think I would talk to your dealer and see what his thoughts are and he can find out if it is possible. I dont want to speak for any dealer or Correct Craft.
Would be nice if they did. I could get my boat and some ski time prior to the lakes thawing in the North.
Several car manufactures offer this service. Order your Porsche through the dealer and a package is developed for you to fly to Germany, tour the factory, pick up your new car, x number of days driving Europe, and then Porsche ships the car to the states. Mercedes, again through a local dealer, does factory deliveries on the ML series made in Alabama (at least they did, been a couple of years). By handling the transaction locally, dealer profit is still maintained.

Nautiques are not cheap. They brand themselves as the "upscale" boat. Correct Craft should find out if their would be interest in this kind of service. Maybe when they open their new facility.
