Which polish and wax do you use?

As I am about to embark on polishing and waxing my 99 Air for the first time, I thought I would check with the great PN brain about their brand of polish and wax preferences. For my own circumstances, I have mild oxidization / water spots visible in the black part of the gelcoat and both the black and blue parts of my gelcoat are definitely lighter than I remember them being when I bought the boat 2 years ago.

I have purchased (but not yet tried) Meguiar's 44 color restorer.

From searches, I see that a lot of people really like collinite products. However, I thought I read somewhere not to use carnuba-based waxes on gelcoat, because gelcoat is porous, and it will ultimately yellow the hull. I only remember reading that one time, so I am not sure if it is true or not.

Any way, your thoughts great PM brain?

Have been using Collinte marine specific wax for several years now, goes on and off with ease and holds up very well. Best water spot remover I have found is Vinegar and water in a spray bottle, try to keep it off an metal/chrome and wash the boat well after.
