About to close on a brand new 2007 SANTE 220

So I'm about to close on a brand new 2007 SANTE 220. It has never been registered before and I will be the original owner. It will come with the full warranty. The boat has bout 50 hours on it from being taken out by the dealership who had it.

It has the ZR-6 engine, the Team package and a good trailer. I'm paying $49k for this boat.

Any thoughts or concerns I should weigh before signing on the dotted line?
