O5 SANTE disappointment

Well i have just been informed that the 05 SANTE that i ordered with an 04 tower will not be supplied.

If i want the 05 SANTE i have to have an 05 tower.

So i am pretty disappointed that my 04 SANTE will look better than my 05 seeing as now my 04 has been sold. I had a similar disappointment when they stopped doing the Hunter Green color, as i had had 2 previous boats with that color and they just stopped using it.

Ah well i can only hope they have something special for 06.

The hunter green stopped in 2003 (why, I am not sure) and you might have some luck finding a dealer with an 04 tower in stock.

Robin,
order your 05 without the tower. You can do that and they wont pre drill your boat. You can probably find a used 04 tower if you advertise for one. A takeoff etc. etc.

I'm suprised they just don't have a new leftover 04 tower just on the shelves... before we got our boat we asked if they had any Pythons leftover... we never really got an answer, but the dealer made it seem as if it could be very possible.

I can order a limited and have the tower seperate, but not the team edition. and that came from the European Sales Office.

The order was placed at the factory a few weeks ago and they have come back to say that it isn't possible. For some reason any other than the team edition i can get it. Maybe its to do with not wanting any 05 team's with 04 towers on the market who knows !!

order the limited with the team edition package, hence you get all the upgrades, but the tower. They are the same boat, once you order everything for the limited, its a team edition minus the tower. It might cost you more? ask your local rep. Better yet, order a 05 supersport, minus the graphics, but order the team editon items you want, ballast, graphics etc.

Not tryin' to be a dick. You should just realize how lucky you are to have the sickest boat in the world. If you are really that disappointed with Nautique over color and tower options then maybe you should think about buying a boat from a different mfg.

I don't know much about FCTs, but are holes for the '04 lower leg in the same spot as the '05? Maybe you can just swap towers with your old boat, or find someone to trade with.
