What color of registration numbers on new 210?

I am going to be ordering some registration #'s from Domed Numbers very soon and am wondering what everyone thinks regarding the color of them. Below is a pic of my boat. I am going to be putting on the black with chrome outline 2008 "SUPER AIR NAUTIQUE" decals on the side of the boat with no crest graphic, wing graphic, etc. I am trying to keep it clean.

Anyways, I was thinking of doing black with chrome outline registration #'s as well and putting them in the black top stripe right under the rub rail on the bow. The only thing I'm worried about is if the DNR will give me trouble for this since the black will blend in quite a bit and you'll really only see the chrome outline. Do you think I will have problems with the DNR if I do this? If so, what colors do you think I should go with? Thanks!

I can't help with an opinion about the DNR, but from what I have seen of your taste your gut instinct will look pretty sharp.

Go naked. You will get in touble with the black #'s as well as no #'s. Keep it clean. Sorry that does not make any sense.

I have had to replace my reg numbers, didn't get fined but was warned. I would go with white in a thin font to make them less noticable, red may work as well. I have the same color theme and am putting white on mine.

I'm going to be painting the rear vents black and tinting the windows, so I'm trying to stay in a more blacked out theme rather than putting more white on the boat. Maybe I should just go with red lettering...don't really want to though.

www.domednumbers.com although their site is under construction right now. If you look in the "Group Buy" forum, you will see that they offer Planet Nautique members a great price and they are know to do great work. Plus, they can match the font on your boat so the registration numbers are the same font.
