Bimini Mounting on a 93'

I have a quick Q. I have a bimini that came with my boat that I need to shift the mounts rearward due to its fit with my tower. Does anyone have suggestions for attaching the bimini mount to this location on the top deck? I looks like there is foam underneath, but no wood/etc to bite into after I drill through the fiberglass.

Thoughts?
