I am looking for a cottage - boat house but am wondering what is the height from the water to the top of the tower? Does anyone know what this would be if the boat is fully weighted with 1500 lbs of ballast as well? how about the size of the slip- what would be the minimum size that I could fit a boat in a small slip?
