Normal for there to be .0 hrs on new boat upon delivery?

This is the first boat I have ever bought new, so it may be a dumb question...but is it normal to have .0 hrs on your boat upon delivery? The factory water tests these boats correct? Plus the dealer water tested it briefly as well, so I was figuring there would at least be an hour or two on it??? Do the dealers reset the hours to zero before delivery? Thanks!

I would think it should have something registering on it. When I bought my 08 it had a little reading on the guage. Not sure if the dealer can reset the hour meter. My guage went bad that has the hour meter on it in my 08 210. When I got the new one and plugged it in it automatically read the hours that the boat had on it. It must sync with the computer and keep track of the hours. I think they are set up this way so people cannot fludge the hours on the boat.
