I had a few small parts go bad on my boat and was having trouble getting my dealer to take care of them. I made a call to Ron Nace at CC and after a few short days my stuff is on the way. He answered his direct line at 9pm while basketball was on. I was just going to leave a message. In my opinion this was above and beyond and another reason why I am a dedicated CC customer.
