I just wanted to give props to the folks at White Lake Marine. Of course, I think that they have an advantage by selling the best boats on the water. However, these folks go above and beyond in terms of customer service, and that is what makes all the difference! I completely understand why these guys are the oldest Correct Craft dealer in the country and have been in business for over 55 years. They know how to do it right! I towed my boat 3.5 hrs. to get some service and improvements done over the winter since they are one of the closest CC dealers to me now. Not only did everything get done to perfection, I was even able to avoid some unnecessary costs due to their expertise. They took time out of their busy schedules during the entire period to update me on my boat via email, text messages and phone calls. They allowed me to ask a ridiculous amount of questions and answered and elaborated on every one. I could go on an on as to how they treated me first-class as a customer.
I guess I just wanted to brag on these folks a bit since it was such a refreshing experience to deal with a company that still knows how to pour on the customer service in a time when discount (not always better) seems to be the growing fad. Thanks again David, Tommy, Townsend and Mrs. DeAndrade (and any others behind the scenes that I didn't meet)! You folks are truly a top notch, class act when it comes to being business owners, not just in the boat industry. I look forward to any opportunity to do business with you folks in the future.
